We are a Portuguese non-profit organization on a mission to make regeneration real, achievable, and scalable for everyone - including local communities, individuals, schools, and corporations.
At Regen Waves, we don’t just talk about regeneration - we live it. We design and host transformative activities where people can learn the tools to accelerate regeneration and lead as regenerative ambassadors and practitioners.

We’re a movement born from urgency and hope. Our mission is to empower individuals and organizations to become fast, effective agents of regeneration. Through immersive education, hands-on action, and life-changing experiences, we help people go beyond sustainability and step into meaningful change. It’s not just about protecting the planet — it’s about healing it.
We have designed a 5 waves strategy to achieve our mission and ambition. We are currently in wave two: scaling Regen impact across the region of Arrábida where our movement started.

Where it all began
In Arrábida, our six regenerative sites function as living ecosystems and open-air learning labs inviting individuals, students, professionals, and organizations to engage with the land and each other.
